Job Title: Operations Coordinator - Build to rent Development

Location: London - 5 days on site

Salary - £35K

1 year fixed term contract - potential to tern perm


Job Overview:

Our client owns and runs, a prestigious residential development in London, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational functions of the property. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient property management, tenant satisfaction, and smooth coordination of all operational activities.


Key Responsibilities:


Operational Support:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in the daily management of the development, ensuring that all operational processes run smoothly.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Support the planning and implementation of property improvement projects and routine maintenance schedules.


Tenant Liaison:

  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all processes are followed and tenant needs are met.
  • Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure high levels of customer service at all times.


Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure that all operations comply with health and safety regulations, and that appropriate measures are in place for fire safety, security, and emergency preparedness.
  • Assist with regular safety audits, ensuring that any issues are reported and resolved promptly.


Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
  • Assist with the coordination of contractors and external service providers.
  • Prepare reports and updates for senior management on operational performance, maintenance activities, and tenant satisfaction.


Financial Coordination:

  • Assist with budgeting for property maintenance, repairs, and other operational expenses.
  • Monitor operational costs and ensure all spending aligns with budgetary guidelines.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations, facilities management, or property management, ideally within a residential setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
