Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Skilled Careers in Hammersmith. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for allocating and scheduling work for operatives, organizing their diaries, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Allocate and schedule work for operatives
  2. Organize operatives' diaries
  3. Perform data entry tasks
Requirements:
  1. Relevant scheduling experience
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Experience coordinating diaries
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This is a temp-perm role, with the opportunity to work through our agency for 3-6 months before being offered a permanent contract. The salary for this role is £30k per year, inclusive of holiday, paid weekly through PAYE. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in our Hammersmith office.
