Job Title: Maintenance Planner
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing calls on our system, coordinating with operatives, tenants, and clients to ensure efficient and effective maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operative diaries and plan repairs and maintenance requests
- Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
- Liaise with operatives, tenants, and clients to resolve issues and improve services
- Document control and tracking to completion
- Work towards individual and client KPI's
- Coordinate with in-house and 3rd party engineers and tradesmen to plan appointments, materials, and logistics
- Organise external supply companies and ensure all trades are ready and present on-site
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades to deliver high-quality services
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in maintenance planning and coordination
