What you will be doing as a Helpdesk Manager:
Working from their offices on the outskirts of Bolton, you will be managing the support team, dealing with a range of companies across the UK. Duties will include:
· Leading the support team
· Ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are achieved
· Reviewing and developing the performance of the support team
· Helping customers wherever possible
· Managing existing customer accounts

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following Skills and Experience:
· Previous experience in a managerial role
· Able to use Windows 10 and above, Mail Server and Microsoft Office packages
· Knowledge of networks and their components
· Knowledge of antivirus, firewalls and access controls
· Previous experience installing and configuring Windows Server 12 and above
· Able to work well under pressure
