**About The Role**:
Join TC Facilities Management as a Customer Support Advisor and step into the role of the ultimate troubleshooter, dedicated to ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional service.

This position entails a Monday to Friday commitment of 37.5 hours per week, with the flexibility of working 3 days from the office and 2 days remotely.

**Job Purpose**:
To serve as the backbone of divisional business support, offering prompt, accurate, and efficient responses to queries from both colleagues and customers. Additionally, to provide comprehensive support to our operational teams in meeting their workforce planning requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake contract support and helpdesk duties.
- Gain a deep understanding of day-to-day division operations and actively participate in team meetings.
- Utilise business systems to ensure colleague pay accuracy and streamline data and communication efficiency.
- Analyse data from reports and BI tools, proactively informing Managers and Directors.
- Assist in managing weekly/yearly team delivery schedules, contributing to short and long-term planning.
- Handle phone inquiries, ensuring resolution.
- Act as a liaison between operations and support office teams, leveraging solid understanding of departmental systems for swift query resolution.
- Raise Purchase Orders and GRN Orders to confirm deliveries.
- Order internal stock as needed.
- Organise hotel and travel arrangements for colleagues.
- Prepare incoming and outgoing mail for distribution.
- Demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients to resolve issues effectively.
- Undertake general administrative duties as required.
- Manage and administer the Support Team's holiday calendar.
- Handle 1st line calls for the Support teams.
- Lead and champion project work as necessary.

**Role Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships.
- Proficiency in IT systems and software.
- Prior experience in contract support preferred.
- Familiarity with helpdesk functions.
