Are you a strong and confident communicator seeking a temporary position? Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Temp E-Commerce Accountant to join their Finance Department in White City 🎉

🏢 The Role:

As a Temp E-Commerce Accountant, you'll be responsible for reconciling Website P&L and Balance Sheet Accounts on a daily basis. You'll handle credit card deposits and disputes, ensuring timely appeal of chargebacks. Your keen eye for detail will come in handy as you prepare fraud reports and monitor web payments for accuracy. Collaborating with customer service teams, you'll assist with website order refunds and ensure smooth processes. Additionally, you'll maintain digital financial records, support the development of Ecommerce P&L channel reporting, and assist with ad-hoc requirements. 💼

⏰ Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm

💰 Salary: £14ph

🌍 Location: White City

🔑 Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Reconciling Website P&L and Balance Sheet Accounts daily
Handling credit card deposits
Dealing with credit card disputes
Timely appeal of chargebacks
Preparing fraud reports to prevent fraudulent payments
Monitoring web payments for timeliness
Collaborating with customer service teams for website order refunds
Ensuring smooth processes with other relevant departments
Maintaining digital financial records to Group standards
Supporting the development of Ecommerce P&L channel reporting
Assisting the Finance team with ad-hoc requirements
Testing new processes for financial accuracy on the website📚 Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Behaviours:

Previous SAP experience (advantageous but not essential)
Excellent knowledge of Excel preferred
Great attention to detail
Effective communication with own team, customer service teams, and external agencies
