Advise recruitment needs to Head Office and join individual and group interviews for new staff when required
Train, mentor and lead your team.
Work closely with Retail Managers.
Ensure shops are staffed appropriately and within budget.
Staff Scheduling

Report back to Commercial Manager on a regular basis and keep informed of all significant developments.CUSTOMERS
Understand the importance of good customer service and how to achieve it.
Put yourself in place of the customer, ensure we are offering outstanding service they would not get elsewhere.
Deal with any customer complaints - appropriately and professionally. Seek advice from senior management team if necessary.GENERAL ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOUR
Be: responsible; conscientious; committed; professional; proactive; co-operative; enthusiastic; ambitious; cheerful and helpful.
Always think ‘how could we do this better?’ re: efficiency, ordering, procedures, selling, team working, morale.
Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Exhibit a passion for detail and the ability to maintain the brand across all branches.Hours of work: 5 days per week Monday-Saturday, approximately 40 hours per week according to the needs of the business. On call 06:30-20:00 for staff absence reporting and cover purposes.
