Job Summary:
Tigerlily Childcare Berks and Bucks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education for our young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
- Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of all children
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to childcare and education
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a childcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in practice
