About the role:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role has become available due to our ongoing efforts to enhance our support systems through our Employee Assistance Programmes. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and emotional development of our students.

Application Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, particularly those with challenging behaviours.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.

• A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering high-quality instruction and support.

• Work closely with children displaying challenging behaviours, including those prone to running.

• Implement individualised support plans to help students achieve their full potential.
