• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff.

• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students’ individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to non-verbal students with ASD.

• Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.

• Work closely with the classroom teacher to ensure effective integration and progress of students within the mainstream classroom.

• Assist in the development of communication and social skills through tailored activities and interventions.

• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters the academic and emotional growth of students.

Perks and Benefits:

Enjoy a competitive daily rate of £85-£100 while working in a welcoming and supportive school environment that fosters a strong sense of community.
