SEN Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our specialist team, working with children with autism and complex needs. As a dedicated and passionate professional, you will create and deliver tailored learning programs, promoting social, emotional, and academic development in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans for children with autism and other SEN
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to education
  • Utilize autism-specific strategies, including TEACCH, PECS, and sensory integration
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience working with children with autism and other SEN
  • Strong understanding of autism-specific strategies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
