Description

The HR Project Manager will support the People Director and work with the management team to build organisational and people capability, working on people strategies and activities across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to drive value-add people activities across the organisation, and create real change.

You will be a passionate people enthusiast, overseeing initiatives to create a highly engaged and high performing culture

The role responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

Lead on the development and delivery of HR strategies, projects, initiatives to assist the organisation to meet its overall business objectives and to drive improvements to the service offered by the HR department
Work with the Director of People to deliver initiatives in support of cultural change and employee experience
Lead on the delivery of all initiatives detailed within the three year plans under the Company's Well being Strategy, Communications & Engagement Strategy, E&D Strategy, and People objectives from the Social Value Strategy monitoring performance against the annual objectives for each year and planning throughout the year to develop and embed each initiative
To project manage all complex People projects from scoping, to tendering, to appointing, to mobilising, to rolling out new ways of working with communications plans to embed change
To design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support a high performing organisation; to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm
Collaborate with Specialist business functions including IT, Procurement & Compliance, Finance and Health & Safety to implement and communicate clear working practices and policies across the business

Profile

The successful HR Projects Manager will have;

Demonstrable experience managing projects from inception to embedding the change within the organisation
Significant experience within a HR/People function, including generalist and ER specialist
Significant experience drafting People policies, strategies, reports and initiatives
Ideally experience managing projects across engagement activity, EDI, well-being, reward and recognition
Strong communication style and ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation

Job Offer

An salary range up to £43,000
