Role Overview:

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client’s market presence within the hospitality design industry. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering key relationships, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance their client base and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Discover and pursue new business prospects to fuel growth in the hospitality, kitchen, and bar design sector.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

- Create and execute strategic plans to boost sales and achieve revenue targets within the hospitality design market.

- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt to changing client needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business development strategies align with company goals.

- Craft and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to the hospitality industry.

- Negotiate and finalise deals to meet and exceed sales objectives.
