About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our Accountancy practice, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Provide proactive and dynamic accounting support to clients.
- Plan and manage audits across a range of sectors.
- Lead and mentor junior members of the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help team members improve their performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a business development or accountancy practice role.
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA.
- Proven ability to work accurately on own initiative.
- Proven ability to work towards targets and KPIs.
