R13 Recruitment are currently working alongside a specialist global manufacturer in their search for a Social Media Specialist to join their Norfolk-based team. You will be instrumental in developing and delivering the company social media strategy across multiple digital platforms, increasing brand awareness and reaching new target markets, both nationally and internationally.

This is a part time (3 or 4 days per week), permanent role, offering a salary of up to £35000 (pro rata), depending on experience. You will be based from the companies high spec offices in Swaffham, with the opportunity to work one day from home per week.

The day to day

* Developing and executing a social media strategy in line with company brand guidelines, in order to facilitate company growth and reach new global markets.

* Management of all channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube.

* Work with external agency responsible for producing video and photography assets.

* Management and development of brand ambassador and influencer relationships.

* Analysing social media metrics and utilising stats to inform future campaigns and content.

* Community management across all platforms to engage audiences / maximise engagement.

You will have/be

* Demonstratable experience in a social media marketing role, with good working knowledge of Google Analytics.

* Creative mindset and ability to organically produce engaging content, reflective of the company’s brand and values.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to write engaging social media copy.

* Self-motivated and able to work alone, as well as work collaboratively.
