**About the Opportunity**

Due to a restructure in our Marketing department, a rare opportunity for a creative and experienced **Social Media Specialist **ready to join us at this exciting time, has arisen. We are currently looking for someone to start with us on a **part time basis**, 3-4 days per week (days can be mutually agreed). This role is ideal for someone who has a deep appreciation for the environment and is skilled in capturing and showcasing the beauty and intricacies of Arb work and our product.

Working from our new offices at Arbortec Innovation Centre in Swaffham, this is a unique opportunity for individuals who are determined to succeed and willing to be a part of culture of continuous improvement. The main scope of the role is taking full ownership of Social Media for the company in collaboration with Content Creator (they supply videos and photos).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a social media marketing plan that aligns with our company’s brand identity, goals, and product offerings.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct online advocacy and open streams for cross-promotions.
- Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts.
- Oversee design (i.e., social media graphics for ads, profile, pics, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
- Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
- Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

**Skills and Qualifications Desired**
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Knowledge of the arboriculture industry or a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong content creation and writing skills, with an ability to produce engaging and accurate material.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- A deep understanding of the challenges faced by professionals in environments requiring chainsaw protection.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 32 per week
