**About the Opportunity**

Due to a restructure in our Marketing department, a rare opportunity for an outstanding **Social Media Executive **ready to join us at this exciting time, has arisen. We are currently looking for someone to start with us on a **part time basis**, 3 days per week (days can be mutually agreed)

Working from our new offices at Arbortec Innovation Centre in Swaffham, this is a unique opportunity for individuals who are determined to succeed and willing to be a part of culture of continuous improvement. The main scope of the role is taking full ownership of social media marketing for the company.

**Who are we looking for**

You will be highly organised, self-driven and be able to work independently as well as within a high performing team. You will also have a creative mind and a track record of achieving agreed projects.

Although our Wishlist looks very demanding, we really are after a person who might not necessarily tick all the boxes but has a desire to improve, self-develop and grow. Someone who wants to be a part of growing company and become a catalyst for the growth. Someone who wants to help us exceed customers’ expectations and put Arbortec out there with the other big brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning and creating promotions and schedule them for social media accordingly
- Check all social media channels daily for any comments, tags and DMs
- Check our dealers' socials - 10 main ones, share on our social media any activity which is promoting them and us
- Check our competition socials
- Share any posts we are tagged in, as long as the content adheres to best practice
- Check all the ambassadors' socials and accept any collaboration with them after checking for best industry practice
- Share any posts for events relevant to the industry
- Schedule daily uploads on all organic feeds - IG reel/IG carousel post, FB - reel or multi-photo posts, LinkedIn - PDF to carousel post or video
- TikTok video every day (in collaboration with the content creator)
- One long form video on YouTube per week (in collaboration with the content creator)

**Skills and Qualifications Desired**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be beneficial
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Social Media Marketing
- Background in social media marketing from either Arb Industry or extreme sports would be an advantage
- Proven experience of growth in numbers of followers on social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within brand guidelines for visual presentation

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
