We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated marketing executive to join our vibrant and growing marketing team to assist in our ambitious growth journey. You’ll work alongside the Marketing Manager on a host of exciting and successful projects.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing vital marketing collateral for our various sales and growth teams
- Managing Avena Groups social media channels
- Content creation
- Photography/Videography
- Contribute to quarterly marketing strategies
- Analysing and reporting on website, campaign and content performance
- Update and maintain website blogs/articles
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences, trends, and competitors.
- Plan and attend exhibitions
- Engage in team planning sessions and present updates on project progress
- Managing all print materials

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated and impact-driven: you enjoy taking ownership of projects. You're not afraid to take responsibility and ownership of your work.
- Quick learner and problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and eager to learn and develop with a passion for using data to improve campaign performance.
- Keen eye for detail: Ensuring any content published is accurate and free of mistakes
- Good organisational skills: Ensuring you are on top of workload, meetings, communications and projects.
- Must be able to drive and have own car/access to car

**Education and training**:
C grade or above in Maths and English

A-Level, NQV, BTEC or equivalent

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- At least 1 year of marketing experience, ideally B2B. (required)
- Canva/other design software (required)
- Social Media platforms (required)
- Microsoft office (required)
- Content/blog writing (required)
- Experience in working on, developing and/or implementing digital marketing strategies (required)
- CRM (preferred)
- Wordpress (preferred)
- SEO/PPC (preferred)
- Photography/videography (preferred)
