We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales and Business Development to join our team and drive our growth in this critical sector.

Job Description: As the Head of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for leading our sales strategy and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with the executive team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Your role will be pivotal in positioning our digital wastewater solutions as the industry standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the wastewater utilities sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utility companies, government agencies, and industry partners.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the utilities or environmental sector.

Strong understanding of digital solutions and their applications in wastewater management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel as needed.
