🌟 Key Responsibilities 🌟

Generate and maintain project plans for certification project delivery, including system and whole vehicle approvals, in line with the business market approval timing.
Actively manage the critical path to ensure successful project delivery and meet key performance indicators.
Identify potential risks and impacts to the plan, escalating them to the Technical Conformity Functional Manager and Functional Project Manager, and work on effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure robust change control of plans and maintain a change control log.
Generate project health metrics and provide regular project status reporting.
Maintain project calendars, resource names, and task allocation.
Extract the resource profile from the project plans to provide an overview of resource capacity vs requirements.
Foster clear communication and collaboration between the delivery and project teams.🔑 Skills & Experience 🔑

Technical background in automotive engineering (Powertrain, Testing, Safety, or Markets desired).
Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and drive project success.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities with the knack for influencing people at all levels.
Demonstrable experience in project planning and successful project delivery within an automotive engineering environment.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a high level of self-motivation.
Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate project plans and progress.🏢 Our client offers: 🏢
