We are looking for an experienced Technical Administrator to work with one of our prestigious vehicle manufacturers. For you to be successful in this position you will be responsible for the below, but not limited to:


Responsibilities:

  • To update work logs onto the system
  • Maintain the department resource planner schedule for daily, weekly and monthly
  • Ensure supplies are ordered for each job
  • Ensure correct job numbers are used and that time records are correct
  • Manage inwards goods, checking quantities, dispatching goods and receipting invoices
  • Provide regular report to the Workshop Manager


Requirements:

  • Qualified in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience within the Automotive Vehicle Manufacturing Industry
  • Advanced level in Excel
  • MS Suite experienced
  • Experienced in diary management
  • Experienced in understanding and reading drawings
  • This role is office based
  • Working in a busy fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experienced in using reporting
  • Good communication skills, teamworking abilities and initiative
  • Adhering to all Company standard operating procedures
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures in the Workshop
  • Working according to the company quality and housekeeping standards
  • Clean UK/ or equivalent Driving Licence
  • RTW in the UK without restrictions (PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP)
