**Outline**

Provide technical administrative support to the Bentley Vehicle Motion (formerly Powertrain) department (EM/X) to aid managers, engineers and technicians in the delivery of vehicle development projects to production.

**Summary**

This role is based at Bentley’s Crewe site and you will be responsible for the following main tasks:

- Coordinate purchasing activities
- Manage logistics both on site and off site
- Manage departmental parts and test equipment storage
- Supporting equipment calibration
- Coordinating with onsite workshop facilities to arrange vehicle instrumentation, updates and repairs
- Administration of departmental technical reports and test standards
- Administration of departmental test vehicle usage
- Adhoc support for other tasks as required

- The ability to communicate with customers & personnel at all levels within the organisation
- Highly organized individual who enjoys planning and prioritising work
- Meticulous, precise, and accurate
- Versatile support, with the ability to quickly understand issues involved in order to find solutions and overcome problems
- Flexible approach and strong commitment to delivery
- Prior experience of working in an Engineering environment is beneficial
- Prior experience of logistics and shipping is advantageous
- Knowledge of vehicle components and systems, particularly powertrain is beneficial

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £24.07 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Licence/Certification:

- right to work in the UK (required)
- Driving Licence (required)
