We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at MaxAd Fixed Fee Recruitment. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Manage the day-to-day HR administration needs for our organization, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Payroll Administration: Assist with monthly payroll reporting and ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Employee Benefits: Administer employee benefits, including maternity leave and company benefits.
Requirements
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and HR systems, ideally Cezanne.
- Flexibility: Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
