Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Automotive Administrator to join our team in Crewe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, including Senior Management, Engineering, and Press.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Whole Vehicle area in Research and Development
  • Interact with internal customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Record and maintain accurate data and information
  • Assist with general administration tasks such as stationary replenishment, processing paperwork, diary management, room bookings, and travel requests
  • Utilize strong computer skills to perform various tasks

Requirements:

  • Adequate knowledge of Retailer DMS software
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal customers at all levels
  • Strong numeracy skills and good computer skills
  • Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Customer-focused with a dedication to providing top-notch service

Additional Information:

  • This is a temporary contract for a period of 3 months with a look to extend, 35 hours per week
  • The position is fully onsite, requiring you to be present in our client's office in Crewe
  • Nearby parking is available with a walking distance of approximately 18 minutes from the office
