**About The Role**:
Recipharm are recruiting a Demand Planner for our Holmes Chapel office on a 12-month FTC. The position has become available due to a project related secondment. This position has the flexibility for you to work in the office or from home within the confines of the needs of the business. The salary for this role is £31,000 - £36,000 and includes a discretionary annual bonus, 25 days leave plus bank holidays (buy / sell scheme), 10% company pension contribution, onsite parking and medical + dental insurance.

As a Demand Planner you will work in the demand planning team within Holmes Chapel supply chain, to manage all elements of demand/order management. Work closely with Master Schedulers and shipping to ensure plans are in place to meet demand and all associated business control requirements.

Recipharm, Holmes Chapel specialises in the manufacture of inhalation products such as Metered Dose Inhalers (MDI), Dry Powder Inhalers (DPI) and Nasal Sprays. **As a Demand Planner your duties will include**:

- Receive and review all product forecasts across the customer base.
- Receive and manage customer orders using an ERP.
- Negotiate changes in Service Level Agreements determining impact.
- Measure Supply Chain performance through the use of KPI.
- Initiate, participate, lead and deliver continuous improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with cGMP & HSE standards.

**Demand Planner key skills and experience**:

- Educated to degree level / professional qualification or with equivalent.
- Experience in a supply chain / customer facing role.
- A background in continuous improvement with strong customer focus.
- Excellent communication & presentation skill.
