Position: Automotive Lighting Systems Engineer

Contract Type: OUTSIDE IR35 - Initial Duration: 6 months

Compensation: Competitive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver innovative series and prototype solutions for automotive lighting electronics and software.
2. Collaborate with Group counterparts to develop advanced lighting functions, systems, and architecture.
3. Oversee software release management and coordinate validation testing utilizing both vehicles and hardware rigs.
4. Provide support to essential business stakeholders, including Production Planning, Certification, and Aftersales.
5. Participate in feasibility studies, concept development, project planning, and implementation of FuSi requirements.

Candidate Profile:
- Professionals with a robust background in Lighting Electronics or System Integration, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Self-motivated individuals who can work autonomously and possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel internationally, occasionally on short notice.
- Candidates should hold a degree in automotive electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or possess equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with vehicle communications and architecture networks is advantageous (German language skills are a plus but not mandatory).
