Frazer Jones are really excited to have partnered with a leading, global financial services business, based in the City, to hire a Senior HR Business Partner.
With a truly global team, this role will be responsible for a dedicated client group in London (Front Office) in which you would be highly autonomous for, as well as the opportunity to partner closely with HR counterparts across the globe to embed culture and develop strategic initiatives.
More specifically, as a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for;
Talent and Performance Management - leading on succession planning and talent mapping, embedding a high-performance culture and developing frameworks
Collaboration and Change Management - partnering with the wider HR team globally and locally to successfully implement initiatives and develop process. Rolling out complex change management projects such as restructures
Reward and Compensation - managing annual compensation rounds and salary renewals, working closely with specialists
DEI and Wellbeing - leading on project delivery, partnering with the DEI team to embed a positive culture of belonging, wellness and equality
To be considered for this role, you must have a background in financial services (ideally having supported Front Office ) and be operating at Business Partner level. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for autonomy from day one and the breadth of a true business partnering role.
