Our client who is a Global Asset Management firm is looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner to cover a 12-month contract.

As Interim HR BP you will partner with stakeholders enabling the business to drive the culture and deliver value to investors through effective HR programs and policies.

**Typical Duties**:

- Advise leaders of Human Resources policies and procedures.
- You will understand and proactively address the HR needs of aligned business areas.
- Provide consultative coaching and counselling services to leaders.
- Recommend solutions to management on business strategy and its effects.
- Consult with aligned business areas to develop HR strategies that support the needs of the business. Implement HR initiatives within the business area and acts as a liaison to other Human Resources functions.
- Advocates for the HR agenda with business leaders. Aligns the business with global HR policies and programs. Conducts workforce planning activities within aligned business areas.
- Make recommendations regarding program goals and objectives in all areas of Human Resources management. Delivers reports to the business on key HR trends and metrics.
- Provide guidance on diversity, inclusion, and engagement topics. Partner with other Human Resources specialists to strategize and implement the best outcomes for the assigned business areas.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
