We operate flexible and hybrid working arrangements and these roles can either be full time or part time.
Our Safety Case Engineers are working collaboratively across diverse markets in the civil nuclear and defence sectors on both national and international projects. Safety Case production and management.
Hazard and Risk identification and assessment studies, e.g. Deterministic and Probabilistic Safety Assessments (PSA).
Nuclear Licensing and Authorisations.
Integrating safety principles into engineering designs.
Structural Integrity design/assessment of nuclear related structures and components.
We would also be keen to hear from you if you are interested in transferring into this discipline as part of your aspirations to support this capability in the nuclear industry. Amentum will assist your transition through formal training and mentoring support.
Delivering technical work to support the demonstration that a facility or system can be operated safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Helping to maintain the technical capability/knowledge of the community and mentoring junior team members (as appropriate).
Experience of executing project tasks against relevant standards and best practices.
Our values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity. We aim to embed inclusion and diversity in everything we do.
