Division Overview: Genius Sports are the leading sports-focused Data and Media company which specialises in connecting advertisers with premium inventory and audiences across the Sports ecosystem. We are looking to further accelerate our sales efforts with Brands and Agencies who want a new way to reach sports audiences through our media activation platform Fanhub.
Position Overview: As Sales Director - Brands and Agencies, you will be leading from the front whilst managing a small sales team and be responsible for the strategic selling of the Fanhub Self-Service Programmatic Platform directly to brands and their agencies across EMEA. To be successful, you must have existing relationships with senior stakeholders at agencies and brands, as you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle for the Fanhub Platform.
Sales Leadership - Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth.
Identify and cultivate new revenue streams by engaging directly with Brands and their agencies. Secure new ad agency and Brands leads for our Fanhub media activation platform.
Schedule and conduct meetings with key decision-makers at advertising agencies and Brands direct.
Effectively manage yours and your teams pipeline of opportunities within Salesforce and provide regular progress reports to the leadership team.
Proven success in selling DSP platforms to Brands and Agencies.
~10 + years of experience in advertising sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth within the digital advertising industry.
~ Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and drive business growth.
~ Proficiency in sales CRM systems, ad tech, and analytics tools.
~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field is preferred.
