**Job Description**:
Senior Director, Channel Sales EMEA, to further develop and accelerate the growth of an established and successful software reseller business that’s ripe for scaling This is a senior role in one of the world’s fastest growing software organisations (>25 company acquisitions since 2018, doubling of revenues last year, $1bn funding from HG etc), We’re looking for a seasoned Software Channel Reseller professional who enjoys leading teams and delivering on strategy & execution, and ignites partner sales in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

Backed by world-renowned PE firms, insightsoftware provides best-in-class solutions for ‘The Office of the CFO’, helping companies make sense of enterprise data and drive greater financial intelligence.

Reporting to the VP Channel Sales EMEA, the Senior Director leads an accomplished group of ~20 Regional Channel Managers/Directors supporting over 700 Partners reselling our ERP-related Financial solutions across EMEA spanning both Financial Planning & Data Analytics.

To unlock further potential and turbo-charge sales, the Senior Director will effectively inspire, challenge and amplify their leadership team, understand the competitive landscape and industry trends, lead Channel planning, strategy, and execution, and influence a broad range of internal and external senior stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional Channel Sales leader who effectively manages leaders, accelerates growth, activates new products, and unlocks the full potential of large, established multi-country, multi-product Software Reseller Channels
- Experience of the Microsoft ecosystems and partner landscape.
- Results & data focused. Engaging, driven, high energy, and the grit and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Based remotely at home and flexible to travel internationally as required
- Bachelor’s degree, experience of EPM, Financial Reporting, BI or ERP etc are advantageous but not critical
