About the Role:
We're thrilled to announce a newly created position at Hawksbury, reporting directly to our CEO. As the People and Culture Manager, you'll be a vital part of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), playing a key role in shaping our organisational culture and providing expert support across HR, Health and Safety. Your leadership will help drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Championing and nurturing our unique organisational culture.
- Developing and implementing innovative HR policies and procedures.
- Providing expert advice on employment law and employee relations issues.
- Guiding and supporting the team through grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Overseeing comprehensive health and safety management.
- Managing and understanding NZ immigration processes.
