We are looking for a People and Culture Coordinator to join an inclusive and fast-paced business. You will play a key part in the People and Culture team by actively partnering with Managers to support all hiring needs across the business alongside overseeing all administrative needs for the People team.

**This role is based in Mid Kent and is office based.**

**As an HR People and Culture Coordinator, you will**:

- Be responsible for all HR administration support across the team including processing starters, leavers and changes within the business
- Update and maintain accurate employee records for the HR database
- Monitor the recruitment mailbox, escalating where needed
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department

If you have excellent interpersonal skills, strong levels of attention to detail and the ability to build strong long lasting working relationships then please get in touch
