We are working with a Charity committed to delivering the best quality services to those needing support. They have a National presence and have a newly created People Change lead opportunity on a 6-month contract.

As People Change Lead, you will be key to delivering effective People change. Everything about the charity is people-focused; its people are central to delivering the highest quality of service and care to clients and service users.

The People and Organisation Development (POD) Team drives the People Strategy, creating an environment where employees are proud and supporting colleagues to be their best. It is an exciting time to join as they continue to grow and expand.

You will work with People Business Partners in the delivery of transformation and change projects. The role will be responsible for providing advice and management for a number of change management programmes, including TUPE, restructuring and large-scale recruitment projects. To provide an efficient, effective and customer-oriented people service, you will need to have a people-focused approach.

You will also support other aspects of the employee life cycle and be competent at managing a number of people's priorities and processes simultaneously. You must be able to quickly adapt to changing situations and work at pace to ensure projects meet the required timescales.

You will have a solid understanding of employment law, be able to work independently and use your initiative to make well-informed decisions and proactively solve problems. You will need to be able to build positive relationships quickly and have the ability and confidence to build credibility and trust with a range of stakeholders, advising with confidence on people processes.

This role will be focused on transformation projects, and therefore, you must have experience in managing consultative processes, including but not limited to TUPE, redundancy processes and change management.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours, flexible working and a hybrid approach.
£35,000 per annum, with progression to £39,500 per annum.) Based in the Kent area, with a requirement for some travel to other national services and the Central Support Office in Sunderland. This is a fixed term of 6 months.
