Overview

You have the chance to join a Cisco Global Gold Partner, headquartered in the UK, as a Cisco Alliance Manager. You will be instrumental in fostering the adoption and utilization of Cisco products among clientele. Leveraging your proficiency in Cisco solutions, technologies, and licensing, you will identify customer requirements, formulate compelling proposals, and ensure successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, relationship-building, and contributing to the overall growth and triumph of the Cisco business.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to align Cisco solution opportunities with customer needs, ensuring seamless implementation and delivery.
  • Develop and present persuasive proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies to effectively convey the value of our vendor solutions portfolio both internally and externally.
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key representatives and stakeholders, serving as a liaison between the business and Cisco.
  • Facilitate the upselling of our strategic partners’ services and generating recurring software revenue.
  • Actively participate in exploring and implementing investments, to drive mutually beneficial growth. Take ownership of driving activity, tracking milestones, and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Provide proactive support to other company alliance teams globally, enhancing the success of shared international goals.

Key Skills:

 

  • Previous experience in an IT service provider or vendor, with a focus on Cloud, Network, Security, or Modern Workspace.
  • Strong working knowledge of Cisco licensing, solutions, and technologies, including a thorough understanding of the Cisco ecosystem, partner network, and channel program.
  • Familiarity with various Cisco rebate programs and proficiency in structuring advantageous deals.
  • Proficient in using the Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW) tool to create estimates and quotes.
  • Familiarity with the Cisco Partner Experience Platform is a plus.
  • Willing to get hands-on in driving programs forward.
  • Enjoy constructing and communicating a vision and taking people on a journey.
  • Excited by working with partners to co-create a roadmap for joint programs.
  • Enjoy being part of and contributing to a people-centric and inclusive culture.
