Reporting to the EMEA Channel & Alliances Director, the EMEA Distribution Account Manager is a pivotal role responsible for engaging, enabling, and managing Distribution partners across EMEA. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in new business development, ready to make an immediate impact.
Plan and execute distributor sales and marketing activities to drive revenue through partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners at all levels.
Conduct annual/quarterly business planning and define KPIs/$ revenue goals.
Regularly visit distribution partners to coach, support, and drive sales teams.
Align closely with regional Channel Account Managers.
Enable distribution for effective channel partner support and execution.
Build and execute sales and technical enablement plans for distributors.
Support distribution in recruiting and on-boarding new partners.
Execute channel strategy and drive growth through distribution partners.
Create and implement sales & marketing business plans for enablement and events.
5+ years experience in channel/distribution sales in fast-growing IT/security organizations.
~ Demonstrated success in channel development and relationship building.
~ Availability for international travel.
~ French and German language skills (beneficial but not essential).
