Job Description

Head of Sales - SaaS, UK, US & Europe.

Our client is a fast-growing start-up, revolutionizing the medical device industry by providing elegantly simple SaaS solutions to complex challenges.

This position offers the flexibility of working from home, where you will manage an international team and collaborate with other international leaders within the business. You'll have the unique opportunity to report directly to the CEO in Paris, enhancing your exposure and influence in the company's global operations.

Backed by Private Equity and boasting a solid client base of significant companies across Europe and the US, this role presents an exceptional opportunity to be at the sales helm, steering the company towards the next phase of its exceptional success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement robust sales strategies to expand the company's client base significantly.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets, translating strategic business objectives into tangible results.
  • Lead and develop an international sales team, nurturing a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Maintain vigilant oversight of sales KPIs to ensure efficient operations and optimal team performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to business growth.
  • Actively secure major client accounts, setting a high benchmark in sales leadership.

Candidate Profile:

  • Solid B2B SaaS international sales leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Native/fluent in business English and equipped with excellent communication skills.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, proficient in sales data analysis and strategy formulation.
  • Self-driven with a commanding executive presence and an approachable, positive demeanour.
  • Degree-educated, with credentials that complement your professional experience.
