Bennett and Game are currently working with a highly exciting and successful international removals and storage companies actively seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially minded Head of Sales to build and develop the sales function based in their centralLondon location.
Our client are looking to grow, expand and establish themselves to become the UK's leading international removals and storage companies.
Objectives of this Role
- Delivering targeted Storage Unit & Removals revenue and margin
- Advising on pricing and product marketing
- Hiring, training and managing sales executives
- Maintain high standards of customer service and quality
**Head of Sales Position Overview**
This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to establish a sales team, culture and
of the sales function, such as converting in
- and outbound leads, recruiting and
managing a top-class team of sales executives, delivering on revenue targets, and
advising on product and pricing.
To be successful in this role you will need to be results-driven with a proven track
record of success in sales. You'll be experienced in devising processes and
pipelines that achieve results, as well as managing others within a sales team.
Our client are looking to acquire customers at scale, so experience or familiarity with CRM tools
would be beneficial.
**Head of Sales Position Requirements**
- Product knowledge of Removal & Storage - Highly Desirable
- Proven ability in starting/developing sales departments & teams from scratch
- Entrepreneurial minded with real drive and determination to exceed sales and revenue targets
- Prepared to take ownership of building and managing the overall sales pipeline
- Ability to build on your network, communicate effectively, and foster productive relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.
**Head of Sales Position Remuneration**
- The salary is circa £50,000 plus £10,000 OTE
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
