Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are working with an international hospitality provider who is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead their team, as well as developing revenue, growth and client relationships.
The key duties of the Head of Sales – hospitality will be as below:
Duties:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the hospitality sales team.
- Cultivate relationships with key hospitality clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on sales strategies.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in hospitality sales leadership.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
