We are excited to be working with a fun and exciting company who produce outstanding events across high end venues in the city of London They are looking for a Head of Sales with excellent people skills and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets to join their team. This role involves a high volume of inbound enquiries, as well as driving new business. You will need to be an experienced individual with a proactive approach to sales and a passion for building client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming event enquiries
- Develop and implement the sales strategy to achieve targets
- Preparation of quotes and tenders
- Generate leads, build and nurture client relationships
- Attend client meetings, show rounds, tastings and networking events
- Create bespoke proposals based on client requirements and budgets
- Manage sales forecasting and setting financial targets
What do we require from you?
- Previous experience in reactive and proactive event sales from a venue or hotel background
- Confident in creating sales forecasts and budgets
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Able to build and create relationships with clients and suppliers
- Ability to build and manage a team
