We are looking for a professional and driven individual to join our clients’ team in a pivotal role, working closely with the Founding Partners who all share an entrepreneurial approach to management. As a key member of their organisation, you will be welcomed as the right-hand support providing vital administrative and operational support, you’ll quickly become the backbone of the office getting involved in all areas of the business including finance, office management, IT and operations . Your primary responsibility will be to create a seamless high performing office, allowing the team to focus and prioritise their time effectively.
You will be based in a small open plan office just a stone’s throw from Hammersmith city centre.
This new role is perfect for a proactive, flexible team player with excellent operational back office skills.
Acting as the office 'go-to' person, working closely with the founding partners.
Managing project management tasks in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Publishing articles on the company website and providing light IT support.
Experience with Xero or other financial software programme is a must for this position.
Passion for proofreading - you will need proven meticulous attention to detail skills.
Office based 5 days a week, this is a role where being in the office with the team is key.
There is potential for role expansion into business development, client success management, research and more for the successful candidate.
23 days holiday plus UK Bank Holidays (plus a day off for your birthday), Pension Scheme, Bonus Scheme and Membership to Strategic PA Network. The Salary range for this role is £45,000 per annum with a 10% to 15% bonus based on personal objectives. This is a Level 3 to 4 position on the Global Skills Matrix.
