Studio Administrator

You’ll play a key role in supporting senior business leadership, assisting the Office Manager, and supporting the day-to-day administration of a busy office. This in-office role would be perfect for an experienced administrator - ideally with some reception experience - who is now looking for a move into a respected business.
**As the Studio Administrator, you will**:
- Provide general administrative support including drafting correspondence, filing and copying documents, answering phone calls and supporting the reception team.
- Assist the Finance Director with various administrative tasks, such as timesheet management, verification of expenses, credit card analysis, maintaining petty cash, and invoicing and payments.
- Preparing and submitting sales invoices onto financial system.
- Use spreadsheets to perform analysis and maintain records, such as a register of consultants’ personal indemnity insurance and fixed asset register.
**As the Studio Administrator, you should have**:
- Strong PC skills - including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in an office administration position.
- Ideally prior experience in a front-facing position liaising with customers and clients.
- ideally some Finance administration experience however training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills
**Salary & Benefits**
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
