Our Hammersmith based Supply Chain Planning Team are looking for an Administrator to support across the day to day operations of our Supplier Engagement Strategy.

**About the Role**

This role plays a key part in the smooth running of the Supply Chain function. You will be part of a team driving efficiencies throughout the entire logistics network. You will support the Supply Chain Planning team to create and maintain the intake forecast, ensuring the distribution centre has accurate insight of all inbound deliveries.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Collaborating with Suppliers and Merchandising teams across the business to facilitate best practice PO management whilst ensuring timely receipt and updating of delivery schedules to support forecast accuracy.
- Utilising our digital freight forwarding platform to provide visibility on delivery dates, updating internal stakeholders, and ensuring any delays are flagged and escalated.
- Supporting suppliers during the onboarding process for the supplier portal and focusing on specific business areas such as fashion and general merchandise, with assistance from the Supply Planning Chain Coordinator.

This role works a fixed shift pattern of 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.

**About You**

You’ll also have:

- Previous experience in a Logistics / Supply Chain / Import Administration role (preferred, but not essential).
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt to the changing demands of the role.
- Strong numerical, literacy and communication skills.
- You will have experience in Microsoft Office, SAP, and are adept at running and filtering excel reports.
