Strategic Sales Director, Commerce Solutions

Publicis Sapient is looking for a technology and consulting Strategic Sales Director for Commerce Solutions to join our team You will develop, drive and lead new business opportunities for our Digital Commerce and Supply Chain services while creating the global strategy and operating model. Your experience leading, constructing and closing large multi-year deals at Fortune level companies and working with eCommerce platform providers and the wider ecosystem of solutions partners will be instrumental. We are seeking candidates with a strong solution sales mindset, paired with the experience, expertise, confidence, and presence to work with senior leaders at Publicis Sapient in addition to partner and customer organizations.
Your Impact
- Drive new sales of Publicis Sapient’s Digital Commerce Services through efforts of interfacing with existing account teams and net-new logo acquisition teams.
- Create and execute a sales plan that will achieve our business goals for the Total Commerce Service Offerings Family.
- Interlock with the matrixed country and vertical leadership to define ways-of-working, identify target accounts and build specific execution plans.
- Consult and interface with clients at all levels within existing and prospective account(s) to fully understand their needs and ensure delivery.
- Identify and lead the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Leverage a client-diagnostic sales strategy and consultative approach to uncover and solve client specific issues and/or opportunities.
- Collaborate with Technology Alliance Partner teams (Microsoft, AWS, Adobe, Google, Salesforce and specialist eCommerce platform providers) to jointly develop opportunities and present proposals with our executive team.
