Reservation Management:
Manage all restaurant reservations, ensuring efficient and accurate booking processes.

Collaborate with the front-of-house and management teams to align on reservation details and guest preferences.

Implement and maintain reservation management systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
Analyse reservation trends and provide regular reports to the management team, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Develop and refine reservation policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Marketing and Promotion:
Work with the marketing team to promote special events, seasonal offers, and exclusive dining experiences.
Manage online presence, updating reservation platforms and responding to online reviews.
Proven experience in a reservations management role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Proficiency in reservation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
