HR Assistant Scottish Borders
Pertemps are working with a credible client who are looking to add to their HR team. This role will support with a wide range of HR related activities to support the employee experience whilst also ensuring compliance. Be the first point of contact for HR queries, face to face, e-mail and telephone.
Managing casework for employee relations, i.e. flexible working requests, investigations etc.
Manging sickness absence and all administration related to the case.
Analysis of HR processes, provide and implement improvements.
Weekly and monthly HR reports.
Support the HR Advisor/ HR Business partner with ad hoc duties.
Maintaining all data in SAP, filing, letter writing and any other administration tasks.
Previous experience in a HR role.
IT Knowledge (SAP ideally and an understanding of HR systems).
