Job Description

The Facilities Management (FM) team at Altrad Babcock, have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their team, to assist in the planning and management of the administration within the Facilities Management Department. This is a permanent position, ideal for someone who is confident, driven and passionate to succeed. The hours of work are Monday – Thursday 8am-4.30pm and Friday, 8am-1pm, although a degree of flexibility to work additional hours as required to meet deadlines would be required.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with the ability to perform a variety of admin tasks including the processing of requests and reconciliation of invoices.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly manner. We are looking for someone who will be comfortable dealing with enquiries from supplier/sub-contractors and from internal customers in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to monitor and maintain the administration of various records associated with the Facilities Management within an engineering organisation with accuracy and in a timely manner.

In addition to these skills, our new Administrator will be a positive individual with a strong attention to detail, and an aptitude for problem-solving, you should have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 as you will be required to produce and update spreadsheets and graphs and be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.

Our ideal candidate will have (as a minimum) HND Business studies, and 2+ years Facilities Management experience.
