This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing exceptional support to the organisations employees and management.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including starters, leavers, offer letters, contracts, changes, and probation letters.
Act as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, providing support face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
Participate in HR meetings as a note-taker, ensuring accurate documentation.
Support recruitment activities, including advertising roles, liaising with agencies, screening CVs, and arranging interviews.
Run HR reports.
Previous experience in an HR administration role.
Ideally qualified to level 3 of the CIPD or equivalent or above.
25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro-rata)
~ Hybrid working- 2 days office based in Milton Keynes, 3 days home working
~ Pension- employer contribution upto 10%
~ Private healthcare
