As the **HR Assistant** your role will involve the following important duties:
- Provide HR Admin support with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
- Complete new starter paperwork and contracts, arrange and complete inductions and onboarding across sites.
- Maintains HR database on Cintra IQ & PeopleSoft.
- Process starters, leavers, probation, promotions, changes to employee circumstances and references.
- Conduct audits - right-to-work checks, driving licence and beneficiary nominations etc.
- Produce HR reports.
- Assist with salary reviews and performance management.

As a successful **HR Assistant,** you will have the following:
- At least 1.5 years of experience within an HR or Recruitment environment.
- Experience with all aspects of HR admin life-cycle.
- Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with recruitment websites and HR systems such as PeopleSoft, SmartRecruiter and Cintra Payroll would be advantageous.
- Essential to be able to work flexible hours with some travel required to other sites.
