Osborne Appointments are supporting a global supply chain solutions provider based in Milton Keynes. We are looking for passionate, people driven individuals to join the team on a position of HR Advisor.

As a HR Advisor you will cover two important to the business functions - design, create, and deliver L&D solutions across the organisation as well as support the effective delivery of the day-to-day generalist transactional HR and administration operations.

As a HR Advisor you will:

- Be the point of contact for all company L&D matters
- Identify training and development needs within the organisation
- Create and implement programmes aiming to minimise training and learning gaps within the company
- Apprenticeship coordination
- Ensure that all department filing is up to date
- Manage and update the data contained in the Company HR system
- Monitor the department inbox and respond to day-to-day enquiries
- Provide administrative support
- Provide day to day advice to general HR related queries
- Perform periodic audits of employee files
- Assist in the recruitment process

- Be CIPD qualified or equivalent qualification
- Have a good understanding of employment and HR processes
- Have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Present strong organisation skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
- Be confident in using in Microsoft Office packages
- Desirably have previous experience of working in similar role
